1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting, browsing, or submitting the lead form on MannyMedicare.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and call Manny directly at (786) 344-5492 instead.

2. Who can use this Site

The Site is intended for Florida residents who are eligible for, approaching eligibility for, or assisting a family member with Medicare. You must be at least 18 years old to submit the lead form. If you are helping a parent or relative, please use your own contact information and tell Manny you are calling on their behalf so he can document the authorization correctly.

3. The Site is informational, not advice

The content on MannyMedicare.com is provided for general informational purposes. It is not:

• Personalized insurance, tax, legal, or medical advice;
• A binding offer of insurance coverage;
• A guarantee of eligibility, enrollment, or premium;
• A complete list of every Medicare plan available in your area.

Plan availability, premiums, benefits, formularies, and provider networks change often. Before enrolling, Manny will pull up the current plan details together with you. You can always confirm options with Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

4. When the agent relationship starts

Manny becomes your appointed Medicare agent only after you (a) speak with him, (b) sign a Scope of Appointment (SOA) form authorizing the products he can discuss during your meeting, and (c) authorize Manny to submit an application on your behalf. Submitting the website form is an invitation to talk, not an enrollment.

5. Honest information

When you contact Manny, please share accurate information about your ZIP, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, and Medicare/Medicaid status. A recommendation built on incomplete or inaccurate information may not actually fit your needs.

6. Acceptable use

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to break, probe, scan, or attack the Site or the form-delivery service;
• Submit false or third-party information without authorization;
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to Manny;
• Copy, scrape, or republish the Site’s content without written permission;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spam submitters) on the lead form.

7. Intellectual property

The MannyMedicare.com name, logo, copy, photography, and visual design are owned by Manny Leon. Carrier names, logos, and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only — their use does not imply endorsement of MannyMedicare.com.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to carrier websites, Medicare.gov, and other resources for your convenience. Manny does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

9. Communications

By submitting the lead form or calling Manny, you consent to receive return calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails about your Medicare review. You can withdraw consent any time by replying STOP to a text, asking us to stop on a call, or emailing quote@mannymedicare.com. See our Disclaimers page for the full TCPA notice.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Manny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its general information. Manny’s total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manny Leon from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right while using the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
